Wilson Security, in partnership with Salute for Service, is offering current and former ADF personnel a fully funded pathway into a long-term security career. This includes paid training, licensing, mentoring, and guaranteed employment upon successful completion.

About the Veteran Employment Program
Established in 2022, Wilson’s Veteran Employment Program supports transitioning ADF members by providing funded training, licensing, and a structured career pathway into security operations. Training is delivered through a recognised RTO, with financial support toward licensing and one-on-one mentoring from veterans already employed within the business.
Participants who complete the program and meet employment requirements are offered guaranteed full-time or permanent part-time roles.
